Ciabatta Rolls

It doesn't take much to keep me happy! Baking bread for my family is just as fun and satisfying! Today I made Ciabatta rolls so we can have Tuna Sandwich for lunch! This particular bread has always been my favourite but the amount of time and effort to make it was always a put off for me. Then I discovered a No Knead bread recipe and life is great!

Ingredients

3 cups of bread Flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp yeast
12 oz of  water

Mix in the first 3 ingredients in a bowl and then add water. Mix till it all comes together in a sticky mess. Cover with a plastic wrap and let nature takes it'  course for 8-24 hours.

Next, add some flour to your work surface and remove dough from the bowl. Using your stainless steel scrapper, scrap  the dough into a ball. The flour from the surface will help make it less sticky.

Then cut the dough into 3 parts. Shape each part into a *ball* and divide into 2. Shape them and place on a baking sheet.  Pre heat oven at 450F.

Hot Ciabatta Rolls
Proof the rolls for another hour and  30 minutes or until it rises double it's size. Then bake it for 15 mins at  450 F.

Enjoy!
