Tomato and Corn Salad with Farro

Ingredients

1 cup of cooked farro grain
2 medium sized Tomatoes - chopped
1/4 chopped sweet onions
1/2 cup cooked corn
Juice of 1/2 lime
2 tsp of Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbs chopped Cilantro

Mix up all the ingredients and chill a few hours before serving.
