Nasi Goreng Kampung
Malaysia Style fried rice. One can only get this from someone who has lived in that country to know the difference!
Ingredients
2-3 cups of cooked rice- cold
1 large onion chopped
3 cloves of garlic minced
2-3 slices of ginger- julienned
1-2 fresh chillies blended
1 cup of beef sliced
1/2 cup of prawns (optional)
1tsp belacan
Green onions
Soya sauce to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
This is the perfect breakfast go to!
